The superberry cashew 'cheesecake' recipe they give you as a free download is soooo good!! I love having the berry one mid-afternoon if I know I need to work late!! it really gives me brainpower! And I've really notices how much stronger my nails and hair have been over the last few months of having the belly blends as a snack!! Couldn't recommend more!!
