superberry cheesecake bars
we've been holding onto these ones for a while!

1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 macadamia nuts
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
4 dates, pitted and softened in hot water
crack of pink sea salt
blitz all ingredients in a blender until it resembles bread crumbs and sticks together when pinched between your fingers. press into a lined square baking tin and set aside while you prepare the topping.
1 x sachet superberry Belly Blends
1 x can premium coconut cream
toasted coconut flakes
freeze dried raspberries
prepare the gummy mix as per instructions on the packet. pour onto the prepared base and refrigerate for 30 minutes, sprinkle toppings and place back in the fridge to set.
slice and store in the fridge for up to a week.
don't have freeze dried raspberries? no problem! you case use frozen or fresh too, or try other toppings of choice!
