super berry nice creams

is there anything better than an ice cold treat on a summer's day?

we taken our favourite summer super berry blend and whipped up a simple and delicious nice cream that's filled with nothing but goodness so you can dip in for seconds!

gut and skin-loving with our gelatin blend, satiating with coconut cream and egg yolks, all natural and guilt free.

 

makes 6

1 sachet super berry Belly Blends

1 can premium coconut cream

2 egg yolks

1/3 cup cacao butter buttons

rice malt syrup to taste

 

heat all ingredients except the egg yolks in a saucepan over low heat and whisk until melted and gelatin dissolved. remove from heat to cool slightly then whisk in the egg yolks until blended.

pour into a heat proof jug and pout into silicone ice cream moulds, freeze to set.

 

give them a go! experiment with other blends and try added espresso to cacao or mint to matcha!
