weekends were made for slow starts and pancakes. but not just any old pancakes.
whip up our matcha pancakes for a wholesome, gut loving start to your weekend.
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of buckwheat
- 1 x matcha latte belly blends sachet
- ⅓ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 x egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ¼ cup of honey
- coconut yoghurt & fresh berries for serve
mix all dry ingredients together, stir to combine.
add in egg, almond milk, vanilla and honey, stir until it forms a batter. If the batter is too thick add almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
place the frying pan on and heat with coconut oil, once warm use a ¼ measuring cup to measure out your pancakes.
once you see bubbles on the pancake flip it.
continue this until you have finished the batter, stack and top with your favourite toppings.
